Dr Ling-Yun Alice Chang is a Specialist Plastic Surgeon with training in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. She has completed an International Craniofacial Fellowship and additional training in ear reconstruction.
Dr Chang holds appointments at public and private hospitals and is fluent in Mandarin, supporting communication with a broader range of patients. She also holds a tertiary paediatric hospital appointment and manages both adult and paediatric patients within her scope of practice.
Kelly has been part of the practice for more than 15 years and has worked closely alongside Dr Chang for the past five years.
Following consultation with Dr Chang, Kelly supports patients as they move into the planning and coordination stages of their surgical care. She provides calm, attentive support at each stage, assisting with coordination and ensuring patients have clear information as they move through the process.

Kate is an experienced practice nurse who plays an important role in supporting patients throughout their surgical care.

Kate works closely with Dr Chang and the practice team to support continuity of care, with attention to professionalism, sensitivity and individual patient needs.
Where a procedure requires anaesthesia, Dr Chang works with appropriately qualified specialist anaesthetists. Anaesthetic planning is discussed as part of the treatment process and depends on the procedure, patient health and clinical setting.

Dr Downs has been a specialist anaesthetist for 25 years and is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (the highest qualification in Australia) with a Master of Clinical Ultrasound. She graduated from UNSW with the highest distinction in medicine.
A Conjoint Senior Lecturer in the Discipline of Critical Care at UNSW, she has a keen interest in teaching both anaesthesia trainees and medical students. She’s also an invited international speaker. She ensures her patients are included in any anaesthesia care decisions.

Dr Heo is a specialist anaesthetist and Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists with a special interest in Craniofacial Surgery, Paediatric Transplantation, and Anaesthetic Anaphylaxis. She values clear communication and individual patient-focused care.
She’s currently an instructor in Children’s Hospital at Westmead crisis management, QA leader and liver transplant group. She was a former Supervisor of Training in the Northern Sydney Central Coast Area Health Service (NSCCAHS) and a physiology tutor at the University of Sydney.
Lavanya Naidoo supports the practice by leading business development initiatives and integrating innovative digital health strategies.
With a background in nursing, she brings a strong understanding of patient care to her role, ensuring that growth and innovation remain closely aligned with clinical excellence and patient experience.
